San Polino

San Polino is a small, family-run winery located in Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy. The estate is 600-year-old and it is located in the southeastern portion of Montalcino. In 1991, the Fabbro family acquired the estate and they have been making wines since then. San Polino produces certified organic-biodynamic Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino. In 1998, they were the first winery in Montalcino to receive both designations.

The Fabbro's family, owners and producers, have been making exceptional wines that have been recognized by wine critics across the World with high scores. In the last 10 years, their Brunello has been considered one of the best expressions of Sangiovese, making the winery one of the most respected producers in Montalcino, Tuscany. Most of their Brunello received 96-98 points by wine critics. The 2010 Brunello di Montalcino Helichrysum is a 100-point wine.
